what phone company offers a home phone plan that does not require an internet connection?
just moved into an apartment in orlando florida, and i dont need an internet connection, just want a standard phone line. but it seems like every phone company is requiring i have a broadband internet connection. anyone know of a company with a plan that does not require internet
