Anyone know a good free bandwidth limiter?
When ever I’m trying to play games, it seems that my brother is always watching you tube videos. He is able to watch the video without having to wait, therefore has no affect on him. However it makes me disconnect from my game, or other not so enjoyable things. Now I know games don’t use much bandwidth, so I was wondering if there was a way to guarantee my laptop gets a certain amount of bandwidth. I’m on a wireless connection, and my brothers PC is the one with the router.
I’m also very cheap and was hoping for a free one.
