Because I only have dial-up connection on my laptop and were awaiting a broadman person to come out and see if we can get broadband (we live far in the country) ….and i doubt it will work…and we’ve been waiting months for him…

you first of all need to have a wireless router. best buy, circuit city, walmart all of those stores carry them. go for the one with a best rating on the box. better coverage of your wireless items. the router i have allows me to use my laptop while im in the back yard. i do not see you getting anything very fast. you are able to use your computer so why not the wii. i think the loads extremely slow on its own. dial up is the internets version of snail mail. as with everything in life some are better than others. give it a try you might be able to use it. i hope this helps. have a good day
